Do I need to come into an office?
No. Encore Health operates virtually. Consultations happen from home, labs are drawn at a local lab near you, and medications ship directly to your door. We partner with brick-and-mortar clinics across California and Washington when in-person care is appropriate.
Will I talk to a real person?

How does the process work?

Where do your medications come from?
We partner only with trusted, licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacies to provide patient-specific medications prescribed by your provider. We never use overseas medications or products labeled for research use only.
What if my labs are "normal" but I still have symptoms?
Laboratory reference ranges are intentionally broad. We look at your symptoms, history, lifestyle, labs, and goals together — not a single value in isolation.
Do you treat women?
Yes. We offer Women’s Hormone Therapy for perimenopause, menopause, and beyond, and evaluate women for low testosterone, low libido, fatigue, brain fog, weight changes, and hair thinning.
Does insurance cover treatment?
Coverage varies by plan and by whether your diagnosis meets your insurer’s criteria for medical necessity. Our team can walk you through your options, including cash-pay and HSA/FSA use.
How soon will I feel better?
Yes. Stopping isn’t something you should do abruptly on your own, but your provider can guide you through discontinuing treatment safely at any point.
Can I stop treatment if I change my mind?
It depends on the treatment. Many patients notice improvements in energy, mood, or libido within several weeks, while changes in body composition and strength often take several months.
